Definition of the real time energy meter

It is composed of measurement unit, data processing unit and communication unit. It has the functions of energy metering, data processing, real-time monitoring, automatic control, information exchange and so on.

Classification of the real time energy meter

At present, the real time energy meter can be divided into single-phase meter and three-phase meter according to user type. According to the different ways of payment, it can be divided into local table and remote table.

Single-phase meter, as its name implies, is the meter for measuring 220V electricity used by ordinary users. Three-phase meter, that is, 380V electric energy meter used in industry to measure.

Local watt-hour meters, i.e. watt-hour meters that can be paid with IC cards, can be used by users. Remote tables, which are generally not installed in the user range. Users need to go to the power supply bureau to pay the fee.

Stepped values and stepped intervals

A setting parameter of step tariff scheme is that the step value is D in kWh and the step interval is a range of electricity consumption in kWh. When the number of steps is N, the range of electricity consumption can be divided into N + 1 steps.

Stepped Price Management Scheme

The ladder price management scheme includes determining the ladder value and corresponding ladder price. Example 1: A ladder price scheme determines three ladder values D1, D2, and D3 (kWh). According to the three ladder values, the four ladder intervals are W0, W1, W2, W3 and the corresponding four ladder tariffs J0, J1, J2 and J3. The range of each ladder interval is 00≤W0≤D1, D1

Users hold IC cards to power supply departments to pay for electricity. Power supply departments use power sales management machines to write the amount of electricity purchased into IC cards. Users use IC cards to brush contactless IC cards in the induction area (hereinafter referred to as switching cards, the same below), which can turn on power supply and take the cards away after power supply. When the remaining electricity in the meter is equal to the alarm power, the switch-off alarm (or buzzer alarm) will return to normal when the user swipes the card in the induction area, and the power supply will be restored when the user swipes the card in the induction area; when the remaining electricity is zero, the switch-off will be automatically switched off, and the user must pay for electricity with the card again before the power can be restored. Effectively solve the problem of meter reading and charging. At the same time, the user's purchasing information is managed by computer, which is convenient for inquiry, statistics, charging and printing bills. It has the advantages of double display, accurate measurement, stable accuracy, security, reliable performance, complete function, low power consumption, simple and convenient operation, etc. There are also low-cost single-display watt-hour meters.
